摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the difference of water vapor transmission ( WVT ) of different heat seal gaskets for plastic bottles of oral solid preparation. Methods Compare with 5 different treatments, including unsealing foil laminated closure liners, sealing foil lami nated closure liners , sealing foil laminated closure liners destroyed by standard test finger , all-removed sealing foil laminated closure liners and without foil laminated closure liners, in order to study the difference of WVT between PE and PET plastic bottles. Results and Conclusion The failure mode of the sealing film had effect on the results of WVT. The 5 kinds of treatment methods for WVT can provide basis to establish standard of WVT for sealing gasket bottle.关键词
