摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of Revaprazan Hydrochloride crude drug. Methods Inertsil ? -C8 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was adopted with the mobile phase of 0. 01 mol/L DSP solution ( with phosphoric acid adjustable pH value to 4. 0 ) -CAN ( 30 :70 ) at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 271 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃, the sample size was 10 μL. Results The LOQ of Revaprazan Hydrochloride was 3. 70 × 10-7 g/mL ( S/ N=10 ) . The concentra-tion in the range of 50-200 μg/mL showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, r=0. 9997 ( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is simple, fast, accurate, and can be applied to the content determination of Revaprazan Hydrochloride crude drug.关键词
