摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for content determination of astragaloside in Danxi Yuping Feng Granule. Methods The sample was tested by ultrasonic extraction with 0. 1 mol/L NaOH methanol solution at room temperature after stewing, The chromatographic separation was achieved on a Agilent SB-C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) with a mobile phase of methyl alcohol -0. 1% formic aicd in water ( 70:30 ) . The flow rate was 0. 4 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 5. 1-76. 5 ng/mL for astragaloside. The recovery was 99. 42%, RSD=3. 34%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method is suitable for content determination of astragaloside, it can be used for the quality control of Danxi Yuping Feng Granule.关键词
