摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the detection and limit of arsenic residue in Cordyceps Sinensis and its products. Methods The content of total and absorbable arsenic in Cordyceps Sinensis and relevant products were determined by ICP-MS, the valence of ab-sorbable arsenic in the total arsenic excess sample by IC-ICP-MS. The total arsenic and the arsenic can be absorbed by human body in the sample were extracted by the microwave digestion method and artificial intestinal juice. Results In addition to a batch of Cordyceps Liangshanensis, the total arsenic content in all the Cordyceps Sinensis and its adulterants exceeded the standard of 2 mg/kg. The contents of Cordyceps Sinensis mycelium, Chinese patent medicine and health products are far below the limit. Conclusion The absorbable arsenic accounted for 6. 80% -16. 83% of the total arsenic, and most of the absorbable arsenic is inorganic arsenic. The content of different valence state of arsenic in different regions of Cordyceps Sinensis is different. The content of AsO33 - in Tibetan Cordyceps Sinensis is significantly higher than the others.
