摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of root canal disinfectant with Vitapex past in treating deciduous teeth with peri-apical periodontitis. Methods 150 children patients ( 180 deciduous teeth ) with deciduous teeth with periapical periodontitis were ran-domly divided into the study group ( 80 cases, 92 teeth ) and the control group ( 70 cases, 88 teeth ) . The study group was treated by root canal treatment with Vitapex, while the control group was given implement the pulp cavity seal camphor cotton phenol treat-ment. After treatment, the clinical curative effect, pain disappeared time and pain disappearance rate of the two groups were ob-served. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 );and the time of pain disappeared after treatment in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, within 3 days, the rate of pain disappeared was 85. 00%, which was significantly higher than 71. 43% in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Vitapex paste used for root canal disinfection drugs for treating deciduous teeth has obvious curative effect, and can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
