Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of type Ⅱpsychotropic drugs for outpatients in our hospital, and to evaluate the ra-tionality of clinical medication. Methods The application of type Ⅱ psychotropic drugs for outpatients in our hospital from January to June 2016 was analyzed statistically in respects of drug name, prescription sum, patient sexuality, age, dose, length of medication time, DDD, DDDs, DUI. Results Among the two forms including 11 type Ⅱpsychotropic drugs were used for outpatients in our hospital, the DUI of Phenobarbital Tablets, Phenobarbital Injection, Diazepam Injection were more than 1. 0, which indicate their excessive abuse. The type Ⅱpsychotropic drugs were maximum used in patients older than 71 years old and whose length of medication time were usually longer than others. Conclusion The use of type Ⅱpsychotropic drugs for outpatients in our hospital was basically reasonable, but there are some irrational drug use phenomenon, which should be attached great importance.关键词
