摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circle ( QCC ) activities in reducing the rate of electronic medical orders. Methods To establish QCC team and develop their potential, the reducing the rate of electronic medical orders was se-lected as the theme by using brainstorming method. Make the activity plan, and implement it according to the steps, the effect was eval-uated. Results After the implementation of the QCC activities, the rate of electronic medical orders decreased from 10. 54% to 3. 33%, the teamer's ability was improved. Conclusion The QCC can not only reduce the defect rate of electronic medical orders, en-sure the safety of patients, but also improve the quality of nursing management and enhance the sense of responsibility.关键词
