2种高脂血症大鼠模型比较
Comparison of Two Models on Hyperlipidemia of Rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare two methods for the preparation of hyperlipidemia rat model,in order to provide a better animal model for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods In two experiments,the SD rats in normal control group,high fat group, and high fat and high sugar emulsion group were fed for 40 days. The rats in normal control group were fed with normal diet,the rats in high fat group were fed with high fat diet,and the rats in high fat and high sugar emulsion group were fed with high fat and high sugar emulsion diet. After the experiment,the TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C and liver histopathological changes were detected. Results Compared with the normal control group,the levels of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C in the highfat feed group were significant increased(P < 0. 01),the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the high fat and high sugar emulsion group were significantly increased(P < 0. 01). Histopatholo-gy showed that livers had serious fatty change,it was evident that different degrees of diffuse liver cells of fatty degenera-tion. Conclusion The method of high fat and high sugar emulsion modeling was more suitable for the production of mixed hyperlipi-demia model.关键词
