首乌生发丸联合复方米诺地尔酊治疗斑秃疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Shouwushengfa Pill combined with Compound Minoxidil Tincture in treating alopecia areata. Methods Totally 60 patients with alopecia areata divided into 2 groups,60 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Shouwushengfa Pill combined with Compound Minoxidil Tincture. The control group was given Oryzanol,Vitamin B1,Cystine combined with Compound Minoxidil Tincture. The treatment was continuous for 6 months. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group was 53. 33% and 26. 67% for 3 months,respectively,which were 83. 33% and 30. 00% for 6 months,respective-ly. The difference between the two groups were significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Shouwushengfa Pill combined with Compound Mi-noxidil Tincture in treating alopecia areata has good effective. It is worthy of further clinical study.关键词
