摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin on blood lipid regulation,blood glucose and inflammatory reaction and an-ti-atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 112 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment method,56 cases in each group. The control group were treated with non-Atorvastatin and observation group with Atorvastatin. The effects on blood lipid regula-tion,anti-atherosclerosis,blood glucose and inflammatory factors were evaluated. Results After treatment,the improvement of TC,TG, LDL-C and FPG in observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P < 0. 05),while the HDL-C level had no obvious change before and after treatment in two groups(P > 0. 05). There was no significant difference about HbA1C in two groups before and after therapy(P > 0. 05). The inflammation index of two groups had improvement,but the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group (P < 0. 05). The carotid artery IMT in observation group was significantly thinner than that in control group (P < 0. 05). The incidence of carotid plaques in observation group(5. 36%)was significantly lower than that in control group (39. 29%)(P < 0. 05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion Atorvastatin can regulate blood lipids and blood glucose and control inflammatory reaction in patients with type 2 diabetes,and also play a preventive role in carotid atherosclerosis. It is worth popularizing in clinical use.关键词
