摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the best storage position and storage condition of the medicine in the refrigerator by design and analy-sis of refrigerator verification method in the refrigerated drugs preservation process,in order to ensure the quality and safety of drugs. Methods The temperature change curve in different parts of refrigerator within 48 h was determined under normal loading according to the PDCA cycle and fishbone chart. At the same time,the drug quality was checked by sampling the preserved drugs. Results The verification scheme was in accordance with the basic requirements of the temperature management of cold medicine,and it was stable and reliable,which could realize the preservation requirements of whole cold chain of refrigerated pharmacy in retail pharmacy and ensure the drugs quality. Conclusion Refrigerator verification is a systematic project,which needs to form an effective verification scheme by continue cycle and to guide the operation of pharmacy post,and ultimately achieve the purpose of en-suring the quality of drugs.关键词
