某院临床药师干预前后22种中药注射剂应用分析

Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for the rational use of TCM injection. Methods Totally 2239 discharged medical records were collected from January to December 2014 (before intervention) and 2028 discharged medical records were collected from July 2015 to June 2016(after intervention)in our hospital. To analyze the usage rationality of TCM injections,and to evaluate the interven-tion effect of clinical pharmacists in the clinical application of TCM injections. Results After intervention by clinical pharmacist,the ir-rational use of TCM injections in hospitals was significantly reduced,the irrational rate was decreased from 43. 50% to 29. 39%,the in-cidence rate of indications of medication,the unreasonable amount of solvent,the unreasonable course of treatment,and the unreasonable combination were decreased from 14. 56%,27. 74%,2. 10%,1. 56% before intervention to 11. 88%,14. 69%,1. 28%,0. 25% after in-tervention. The situation of unsuitable dosage,the unreasonable choice of the solvent,and the repeated administration of drugs need to be improved. Conclusion Clinical pharmacist pharmaceutical interventions is effective,and can promote the rational use of TCM injection.关键词
