正骨白药膏的质量标准研究
Study on Quality Standard of Zhenggubaiyao Ointment
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Zhenggubaiyao ointment.METHODS: Gypsum ustum of Zhenggubaiyao ointment were identified by microscopic identification and chemical reaction.The content of CaSO4 was determined by complex ometric titration.RESULTS: The microscopic identification and chemical reation could check out gypsum ustum of Zhenggubaiyao ointment.The average recovery rate of CaSO4 was 98.47%, RSD=1.71%(n=6).CONCLUSIONS: The method has high accuracy and good repeatability, and can be used for the quality control of Zhenggubaiyao ointment.关键词
