Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of Zishenyutai pills combined with Dydrogesterone tablets in treatment of early threatened abortion.METHODS: 150 patients with threatened abortion admitted into Shenzhen Bao'an District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Oct.2012 to Oct.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the admission sequence, with 75 cases in each.The observation group was given Zishenyutai pills combined with Dydrogesterone tablets, while the control group received progesterone intramuscular injections.The efficacy and changes of whole high blood viscosity, HCT, FIB levels of two groups were compared between two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 85.33%(64/75), and control group was 53.33%(50/75), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the FIB and whole high blood viscosity decreased significantly in both groups compared with before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The effects of Zishenyutai pills combined with Dydrogesterone tablets in treatment of early threatened abortion is significant, which can significantly improve the hemodynamics of patients.关键词
