Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and safety of amiodarone in treatment of rapid tachyarrhythmia in emergency patients.METHODS: 70 patients with rapid tachyarrhythmia admitted into emergency department of Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital from Sept.2014 to Jun.16 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 35 cases in each.The observation group was given amiodarone, while the control group received lidocaine.The clinical treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.Changes of blood pressure and heart rate of two groups were monitored.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 94.29%(33/35), significantly higher than that of control group [77.14%(27/35)], with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure, heart rate of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment, and the decreasing range of indicators in observation group was better than that of control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The clinical efficacy of amiodarone in treatment of rapid tachyarrhythmia in emergency patients is remarkable, which can significantly improve patients' blood pressure and heart rate with high safety.关键词
