摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of compound azintamide combined with mosapride in treatment of elderly gastrointestinal diseases associated dyspepsia.METHODS: 116 patients with elderly gastrointestinal diseases associated dyspepsia admitted into Hubei Rongjun Hospital from Mar.2015 to Aug.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 58 cases in each.The control group was treated with mosapride, while the observation group received compound azintamide combined with mosapride.The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of symptoms, length of hospital and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed.The life quality score, symptoms severity score and difference of frequency of disease development of two groups were compared.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group;the disappearance time of symptoms, length of hospital in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the life quality score, symptoms severity score and difference of frequency of disease development in observation group were significantly better than those in control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of compound azintamide combined with mosapride in treatment of elderly gastrointestinal diseases associated dyspepsia is remarkable, which can effectively promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms and improve patients' life quality with high safety.关键词
