Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy and safety of sertraline combined with amisulpride in treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.METHODS: 100 patients with refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder from Sept.2014 to Sept.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via the random double-blind method, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline, while the observation group was given sertraline combined with amisulpride.After an 8-week continuous treatment, the efficacy of two groups were evaluated with the Y-BOCS and the adverse drug reactions were observed.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group (92.00%, 46/50) was significantly higher than that of control group (62.00%, 31/50), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The Y-BOCS scores of observation group after treatment for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks were significantly higher than those of before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical obvious adverse drug reactions between two groups.CONCLUSIONS: The effects of sertraline combined with amisulpride in treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder is significant with high safety.关键词
