针刺化痰法对多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效评价
Acupuncture with Resolving Phlegm Therapy in the Treatment of Polysystic Ovary Syndrome:Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of polysystic ovary syndrom (PCOS) with phlegm-wet constitution.Methods:A total of 100 PCOS patients with phlegm-wet constitution were randomized into an acupunture group and a control group.Among all patients the clinical efficacy was observed after three months,including BMI and WHR,as well as E2,T,LH/FSH and HOMA-IR.Results:The acupuncture with resolving phlegm therapy was effective for PCOS patients through the differentiation of signs.Compared with the control group,the acupuncture group could decrease BMI and WHR,T,LH/FSH and improve insulin resistance(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of PCOS patients with phlegm-wet constitution,and can improve and rogen excess and insulin resistance.In addition,the acupuncture can obviously decrease the side effects of weight gain caused by western medicine.关键词
