Abstract
Objective:To compare the difference of therapeutic efficacy between Baihu Yaotou needling and the normal acupuncture for the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.Methods:60 cases of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (Baihu Yaotou needling group) and a control group (normal acupuncture group).The treatment group was treated with Baihu Yaotou needling at Jianyu,Jianliao,Quchi,Hegu and mild-reinforcing-and-attenuating at other points;the control group was treated with mild-reinforcing-and-attenuating at all the points.The treatment session was for 14 days.Assess the efficacy by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS),simplified Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer) and Swelling Degree.Results:The markedly effective rate was 65.52％ in the treatment group and was superior to 28.57％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,there were significant differences between two groups according to the VAS,Fugl-Meyer and Swelling Score(all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Baihu Yaotou needling for the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome is superior to that of normal acupuncture.关键词
