Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinically curative effect of SUN abdominal acupuncture method in the treatment of primary hypertension.Methods:Using randomized controlled methods,58 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 29 cases in each group.Treatment group received SUN abdomen acupuncture,and the control group was with conventional acupuncture.To enhance the curative effect of acupuncture,both groups received acusector as the adjuvant therapy.10 days were as one course of treatment,and there were two therapeutic courses.The changes of indicators after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 86.21％ in the treatment group and 65.52％ in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in two groups were decreased (P ＜ 0.01),and the effect of antihypertension in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).As to the improvement of syndrome,the score was obviously improved in two groups (P ＜ 0.01),but there was no significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05);as to the Duchenne hypertension life scale statistics,the score was obviously decreased in two groups (P ＜ 0.01),and the curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:SUN abdominal acupuncture treatment has an obvious effect on decreasing blood pressure,and the comprehensively curative effect is superior to the ordinary acupuncture.It is worthy of promoting the development of application.关键词
