头皮针联合肢体康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Limb Rehabilitation Training on Infantile Cerebral Palsy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinically curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with limb rehabilitation training on infantile cerebral palsy (CP).Methods:104 children with CP were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method.The control group was given limb rehabilitation training,and the experimental group was given scalp acupuncture combined with limb rehabilitation training.After the course of 3 months,gross motor function scale (GMFM-88) and lower limb muscle tension before and after treatment were compared;the brain artery systolic blood flow velocity (VP) and vascular pulsation index (PI) after treatment were compared;the clinically curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:GMFM-88 (B,D,E region) scores of the experimental group after treatment were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05);hamstrings and calf muscle tension of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The VP of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05);the PI was lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the clinically curative effect was superior to that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Scalp acupuncture combined with limb rehabilitation training can effectively increase the brain blood flow of children with CP,and can repair the damaged brain cells,improve the gross motor function and reduce the muscle tension,so it has a significantly curative effect.关键词
