针药联合治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation by Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine (exercise acupuncture,orally taking Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine enema) on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were treated.The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table.50 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with medicine.The two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,and the clinical efficacy and the total score of symptoms and signs were observed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group (92％)was superior to that of the control group(82％),and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the total score of symptoms and the total score of signs in two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,but the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi stagnation and blood stasis has a significantly clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical references.关键词
