针药结合治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Vascular Dementia by Acupuncture and Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Yi Zhi Yin to treat vascular dementia.Methods:90 cases of vascular dementia patients were randomly divided into an acupuncture group,a traditional Chinese medicine group and an acupuncture-medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.Acupuncture group was treated with Xingshen Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy;the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Yi Zhi Yin;the acupuncture-medicine group was treated with Xingshen Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy and Yi Zhi Yin.The treatment courses lasted 4 weeks.Results:After treatment,MMSE score and ADL score of three groups were improved,and the acupuncture-medicine group was superior to the acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of acupuncture-medicine group was 93.3％,which was significantly higher than that of acupuncture group (73.3％) and Chinese medicine group (76.7％),with a significant difference(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Yi Zhi Yin for treating vascular dementia has a good clinical efficacy.关键词
