耳穴压丸联合背部循经走罐治疗围绝经期失眠症的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Auricular Point Plaster Therapy Combined with Moving Cupping Therapy for Treating Menopausal Insomnia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point plaster therapy combined with moving cupping therapy for treating menopausal insomnia.Methods:95 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the observation group were treated with auricular point plaster therapy.and each point was kneaded from 30 s to 60 s in the morning,afternoon and at night before sleep with 42 days as a course.At the same time,moving cupping therapy for back was used,once every 7 days with 6 times as a course.Patients in the control group took estazolam tablets 1 mg every night betore sleep for 42 days as a course.After one therapeutic course,observe the effect.Results:After finishing treatment of 1 week and 2 weeks,the total effective rates of observation group were 85.7％,85.7％ and 79.6％ respectively,which were all higher than those of control group (68.9％,20％,4.4％)(P ＜0.05).Compared with those before treatment,each item score and total score of PSQI were all decreased after treatment in the observation group(P ＜ 0.05).Time dysfunction had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),but others were all decreased after treatment in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of sleeping quality,sleeping time,daytime dysfunction and the total score in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rates of adverse events in the observation group were all lower than those (headache,sickness,fatigue) in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of auricular point plaster therapy combined with moving cupping therapy has a good curative effect on menopausal insomnia without adverse reactions,and the long-term efficacy is more obvious.关键词
