糖皮质激素对药物性肝损害患者血清中IL-17A水平的影响
Serum IL-17A levels in patients with drug-induced liver injury following glucocorticoid treatment

Abstract
Objective To investigate serum interleukin-17A (IL-17A) levels in patients with drug induced liver injury (DILI) following glucocorticoid treatment.Methods Ninety patients with DILl were divided into glucocorticoid group(GC group) and non-glucocorticoid(NG group) with 45 in each group,and 45 healthy subjects served as controls.The serum IL-17A levels measured by ELISA before and after treatment.Results Serum IL-17A levels in GC group and NG group were significantly higher than that in control group (P＜0.01),while there were no significant differences between the GC group and NG group before treatment.The serum IL-17A levels in GC group decreased from(1.230 ± 0.657)pg/ml before treatment to(0.659 ± 0.617) pg/ml after treatment (P＜0.01),while there were no significant changed in NG group before (1.458 ± 0.619)pg/ml and after treatment(1.578 ± 0.692,P=0.620).The incidence rate of severe hepatitis in GC group was lower than that in NG group (11.11％ vs 31.11％,P＜0.05).Conclusion IL-17A may be involved in DILI,glucocorticoid intervention can reduce the IL-17A levels of the patients with DILI,and might be used for treatments of DILI.关键词
