CK19对桥本甲状腺炎伴发多灶性甲状腺乳头状癌的预测价值
Predicting value of CK19 in Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients complicated with multifocal papillary thyroid carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum level and tissue expression of CK19 in Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) complicated with multifocal papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).Methods Ninety patients pathologically diagnosed as HT with multifocal PTC (group A,n=30),HT with unifocal PTC (group B,n=30) and HT only (group C,n=30) admitted in two hospitals from June 2013 to June 2015 were enrolled in the study.The CK19 levels in serum were determined by ELISA and the expression of CK19 in tissue sections was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results There was no significant difference in serum CK19 levels between groups A and B,between groups B and C (P ＞0.05).The expression of CK19 in tissue specimens of group A was stronger than that in group B (0.007536 ± 0.003851 vs 0.005126 ± 0.006244,P＜0.05),and the latter was stronger than that of C group (0.005126 ±0.006244 vs 0.003444 ±0.002063,P＜0.05).Conclusion Tissue expression of CK19 in HT patients with multifocal PTC is higher than that in HT patients with unifocal PTC or in patients with HT alone,which suggests that strongly positive expression of CK19 in biopsy specimens may indicate HT with multifocal PTC.关键词
