四君子汤对自然衰老小鼠干预作用的代谢组学研究
Metabolism of Intervening Effect of Sijunzi Decoction on the Natural Aging Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the changes of endogenous metabolites in natural aging mice by Sijunzi decoction,and to explore the metabolism,metabolic pathway and the regulative effect of Sijunzi decoction.Methods:Select natural aging mice and detect their serum SOD,MDA and NO;the serums of natural aging mice were identified by UPLC-HDMS technology.Results:The contents of SOD and NO in the model group were significantly decreased and MDA was increased;the contents of SOD in serums were significantly increased and MDA was significantly decreased by Sijunzi decoction.Identify 25 biomarkers and 3 metabolic pathways that might be associated with aging.Sijunzi decoction on some markers such as leucine,thromboxane,arachidonic acid and glutathione had an obviously callback effect.Conclusion:Through the research methods of metabolomics,Sijunzi decoction by regulating the leucine,thromboxane,arachidonic acid,glutathione and other markers of senescence has an interveningeffect.关键词
