摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the antidepressant effect and the influence of compatibility of SZS and its processing on dopamine system of chronic stress depression mice.Methods:The ICR mice were randomly divided into four groups,with 20 mice in each group,respectively,compatibility group,model group,blank group and fluoxetine group.The chronic stress depression models were duplicated by the combination of solitary feeding and chronic unpredictable stimulation for 21 days.From the 11 th day after the models were established,the mice in compatibility group and model group were respectively treated with 10 g/(kg· d) of combined fried decoction and 10 rag/(kg·d) of fluoxetine solution for 11 days.The blank and model groups were treated with the same volume of distilled water for 11 days.Detect 5-HT content by ELISA of cortex in frontal lobe and hippocampus of mice.Detect Slc6a3 gene expression quantity in hippocampus of mice.Results:Compared with that of model group,the DA content in mice hippocampus of compatibility group was significantly higher (P < 0.05),and the Slc6a3 gene expression quantity in mice hippocampus of compatibility group was significantly down-regulated.Conclusion:The mechanism of antidepressant effect of compatibility of SZS and its processing may be related to the inhibition of DA reuptake leading to the incease of synaptic DA content in some brain regions of mice.
