金银花对病毒性心肌炎小鼠的保护作用及其机制
Protective Effect of Honeysuckle on Viral Myocarditis in Mice and Its Mechanism

Abstract
Objective:To study the protective effect of honeysuckle on Coxsackie B3 (CVB3) in mice with viral myocarditis.Methods:BALB/c mice were randomly divided into a normal control group,a model group,a low dose group of honeysuckle,a high dose of honeysuckle,with oral administration for three weeks.In each group after CVB3 infection on the 7th,14th and 21st days take histopathological examination of heart,and at the same time respectively by xanthine oxidase method and thiobarbituric acid method measure the serum and myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content.Compare the measured value in the detection of mice according to muscle activity of SOD and MDA on the 7th 14th and 21st days.Results:In low dose and high dose groups mice activity was significantly higher than that of virus control group,and the content of MDA was significantly lower than that of the virus control group on the 14th and 21st days (P <0.05);in high dose group,low dose group on the twenty-first day the serum SOD activity and MDA content returned to normal;the mice were changed differently on the 7th,14th and 21st days according to muscle tissue SOD activity and MDA.Inflammatory pathological changes of mice in each experimental group were reduced significantly.Conclusion:Honeysuckle can reduce the damage of oxygen free radicals of CVB3 infection mice,which has a protective effect on the myocardium of VM mice.关键词
