蒺藜皂苷对人黑素瘤A375细胞酪氨酸酶和小眼相关转录因子表达的影响
Effect of Thistle Saponins on TYR and MITF mRNA Expressions of A375 Cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective:On the basis of the previous research,regarding thistle saponins as the research object,to study its tyrosinase activity,tyrosinase and MITF mRNA expressions of A375 cells.Methods:Different concentrations of thistle saponins were used for the A375 ceils for 48 hours,and then the tyrosinase activity was evaluated by levodopa oxidation method.TYR and MITF mRNA expressions of A375 cells were detected by luorescence quantitative PCR.Results:After application of thistle saponins,the activity of tyrosine was increased to a certain degree.When it was up to 100 μg/mL and 200 μg/mL,there was a statistical significance.TYR and MITF mRNA expressions were obviously increased (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Thistle saponins can improve the activity of tyrosinase by enhancing TYR and MITF mRNA expressions of A375 cell,so as to promote the synthesis of melanin,which lay a foundation for the development and application of thistle saponins.关键词
