毛细支气管炎应用喜炎平注射液治疗的效果评价
Curative Effect of Xiyanping Injection on Bronchiolitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xiyanping injection and routine treatment on bronchiolitis.Methods:120 cases of patients with bronchiolitis were selected and were divided into an experimental group (n =60) and a control group (n =60) by random number table method.Two groups were treated with conventional therapy.The experimental group received Xiyanping injection and ribavirin injection was given to the control group on the basis of routine treatment.For children dyspnea remission time,pulmonary rales,cough disappeared time and hospitalization time were evaluated.Results:The dyspnea remission time,pulmonary rales,cough disappeared time and the average hospitalization time in the control group were higher than those in the experimental group.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the inefficiency,efficiency,significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the control group were 25.0％,8.3％,66.7％ and 75.0％,and in the experimental group they were 3.3％,10.0％,86.7％ and 96.7％,respectively.Among two groups,there was a significant difference between two groups according to inefficiency,significant efficiency and the total effective rate (P ＜ 0.05),but the difference had no statistical significance according to efficiency(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Xiyanping injection can shorten the treatment time and improve the efficiency of treatment,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.关键词
