补肾化瘀方联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合症的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Huayu prescription combined with Clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:72 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:a combined group and a control group (n =36).The control group was treated with Clomiphene;on the basis of the therapy in the control group,the combined group was treated with Bushen Huayu prescription.After 3 menstrual cycles,the levels of sex hormones,ovulation and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results:In the combined group LH,E2 and T of patients' hormone levels were significantly superior to those in the control group.In addition,the ovulation rate was higher than that in the control group,but the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:BushenHuayu prescription combined with Clomiphene can effectively stabilize the levels of sex hormones of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.At the same time,it can promote ovulation,have a highly curative rate and reduce adverse reactions.It is an effective way to treat polycystic ovary syndrome.关键词
