高血压前期的风险与干预策略研究进展
Risk and Interventive Strategies of Prehypertension
摘要
Abstract
Prehypertension is the blood pressure condition that is between normal blood pressure and hypertension.It is liable to develop into essential hypertension and increase the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases.Promoting active intervention and treatment for prehypertension can effectively prevent the incidence of hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.However,the choice of interventive methods for prehypertension remains controversial.In order to better understand the harm of prehypertension and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine on prehypertension,we review the prevalence of prehypertension,the incidence risk of progression to hypertension and cardiovascular diseases,lifestyle and medication interventions,and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on preventing and treating prehypertension.关键词
