Research Progress of High Entropy Alloy in Thin Film Coating
摘要
Abstract
High entropy alloy with excellent properties leads to the interest of researchers.To expand the industrial application of high entropy alloy,the thin film coating of high entropy alloy has become a breakthrough in wide application.In order to promoting the further research of thin film coating,the preparation process,treatment process,mechanical properties and physical properties of thin fill coating of high entropy alloy are reviewed,and the prospect of application is also discussed in high entropy alloys.关键词
