一种镍基单晶高温口合金与SiO2基陶瓷型芯的界面反应研究
Interface Reaction Between a Ni-Based Single Crystal Superalloy and SiO2-based Ceramic Core
摘要
Abstract
The interface reaction between a second generation Ni-base single crystal superalloy and SiO2-base ceramic core was studied by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The results show that there is a serious interface reaction between the Ni-based single crystal superalloy and SiO2-base ceramic core,and there are two kinds of different interracial layer in the sprue area and un-sprue area.The interface reaction layer at sprue area consists of a loose layer of Al2O3 about 22 μm thick and a small amount of discontinuous HfO2,but it mainly consists of a continuous dense HfO2 layer about 15 μm thick at un-spme area.The preferentially formed products of HfO2 accumulated on the surface of the alloy can effectively prevents the interfacial reaction between the Al element of alloy and the SiO2-based core.At the same time,the results accord with the thermodynamic relations of interface reactions.关键词
