稀土La对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金铸态组织的影响
Effect of La Addition on As-cast Microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The effects of La addition on as-cast microstructure of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were investigated using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,etc.The results show that the grain size of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys can be effectively inhibited by the addition of La element.However,the refining effect weakens when the La content is over a certain content in Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy.The grain size can reduce to 50 μm in the alloy with the addition of 0.3 wt% La.The second phase particles of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys mainly include η(MgZn2) phase,θ(Al2Cu) phase,S(Al2CuMg) phase and AlZnMgCu phase with La,and distributes in grain boundary.关键词
