摘要
Abstract
Cathode materials Li1.3(Al1-xBx)03Ti1.7(PO4)3 (x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8) for Li-ion battery were synthesized by solid state sintering technology with H3BO3 and Al2O3 as doping source.The samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and electrochemical performance test.The results indicate that the sample consists of dominating LiTi2(PO4)3 phases,and there is a certain of Al3+ and B3+ replaced Ti4+.When x=0.4,the density of the specimen is excellent,and the total conductivity comes up to max (2.54×10-5 S/cm) at room temperature.关键词
