硫含量对GCr15轴承钢中夹杂物的影响
Effect of Sulfur Content on Inclusions in GCr15 Bearing Steel

Abstract
The effect of [S] content change on formation and transformation of the inclusion in GCr15 bearing steel was simulated based on the FactSage thermodynamic software.The result indicates that the formation of MgO and CaS can be reduced obviously when the [S] content of liquid steel is less than 0.01% at 1 560 ℃,and the conversion from CaO·Al2O3 to MgO·Al2O3 can be inhibited when the [S] content is less than 0.005%.The precipitation starting temperature of most inclusions increases with the increase of [S] content.The final precipitation amount of high melting point inclusions can be reduced when the [S] content is less than 0.006%.The precipitation amount of MnS and total inclusions increase significantly when the [S] content is higher than 0.006%.关键词
