基于SVM模型的AZ31合金成型工艺与性能研究
Forming Process and Properties of AZ31 Alloy Based on SVM Model

Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 alloy sheets were studied under different forming direction,such as parallel to plate direction (RD),45° direction and vertical to plate direction (TD),and the forming limit diagram of AZ31 alloy sheet was obtained based on SVM model.The results show that with the molding direction changing from the TD direction to RD of AZ31 alloy sheet,the number of twins have gradually decreasing trend.The molding plate has the maximum n value in the RD direction,and gets minimum r value in the 45° direction.Along the TD direction forming,when the direction change from TD to RD,the n value of forming sheet decreases gradually,and the minimum r value can achieved in the transverse direction (TD).SVM model can be used to predict the forming limit of AZ31 alloy sheet in tension state.关键词
