摘要

Abstract

The nitrogen solubility,solidification mode,solidification microstructure and precipitates of high nitrogen austenite stainless steel were simulated using Thermo-Calc software.On the base of simulated results,a new high nitrogen austenite stainless steel (0Cr18Mn21Ni5N0.65 alloy),which has low magnetic permeability,high mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance,was developed.The comparison between simulated and experimental results shows that the numerical simulation can provide scientific guide,enhance the validity of experiments,reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of research during the development of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel.
