摘要

Abstract

The 2Cr13 heat-resistant steel used for thermal power plant steam pipe was studied,its room and high temperature mechanical properties and microstructure changes after serving 230 000 h at 550 ℃ were analyzed.The experimental results show that the impact performance of 2Cr13 heat-resistant steel at high temperature environment significantly decreased after serving for a long time,the impact toughness is reduced to 1/4 of original material,the tensile properties and hardness declining is not obvious,the martensite structure obviously coarsens and tragmentation occur.XRD test was carried out on the electrolytic extraction phase,the results show that the main carbide M23C6 still exist,but carbide particle coarsens,and metastable M6C,M2C and MX significantly reduce or even disappear.
