摘要

Abstract

The microstructure evolution of 254SMo super austenitic stainless steel in different aging time at 1020 ℃ were studied by the combined method of JMatPro thermodynamic calculation and experiment,with the help of metallographic observation (OM),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) tester.The results show that after the 254SMo super austenitic stainless steel solution was treated at 1 200 ℃ for 60 min,the microstructure shows single austenitic;when the aging temperature is 1 020 ℃,the precipitated phase increases with the increase of aging time,also the amount and size of precipitate phase increases,which is arranged in chain along the rolling direction.The precipitated phase is σ phase containing rich Cr,Mo and low Ni.It is distributed in the form of irregular dentate,block,short rod,strip shape,and cdlular.Thermodynamic calculation and experiment research all show that σ phase in 254SMo super austenitic stainless steel is precipitated according to the way of γ→σ.
