摘要

Abstract

Effects of normalizing and tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low alloy cast steel were investigated by means of metallographic structure analysis and mechanical property testing.The results show that the microstructure of the low alloy steel after normalizing transforms from bulky pearlite and ferrite into bainite and ferrite.The steel normalized at 890 ℃ has the highest hardness.The microstmcture becomes sorbite and ferdte which keep bainite traces when the steel is tempered at 500~650 ℃.With the increase of the tempering temperature,the hardness and tensile strength of the steel increase firstly and then decrease.The steel tempered at 560~590 ℃ owns the best comprehensive mechanical properties.
