摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the chemical reaction of the CaO-SiO2-B2O3-CaF2 system in the process of continuous casting production,the main ore phase,the optimal reaction and the optimum technological conditions were determined.Thermodynamic analysis and calculation of CaO-SiO2-B2OrCaF2 slag system were carried out by using FactSage thermodynamic software,and the XRD was detected.The results show that the main mineral phases in the mold flux were CaSiO3,CanB2Si4O22 and Ca4Si2F2O7,and the results are basically consistent with the XRD test results,and the reaction temperature is controlled between 1 553~1 633 K.The ore has good fluidity and good lubrication effect,can effectively improve the quality of cast billet,and reduce the frequency of leakage due to bad lubrication.
