摘要

Abstract

Flow field and temperature field in 8-Machine 8-Strand Tundish was simulated by the numerical simulation software.The molten steel motion trail of flow field in tundish from entrance to different exports was analyzed.The influences of liquid metal flow field and temperature field on the volume of gas and slag were discussed.The results show that the maximum temperature difference is 4.1 K in tundish from the entrance to the export.There are gas and inclusion at the export of No.3 and No.6 in 8-Machine 8-Strand Tundish.
