摘要

Abstract

Submerged arc welding experiment with the heat input of 100 kJ/cm was conducted in DH36 ship plate with the thickness of 25 mm.The macrostructure and microstructure of welded joint was observed.The impact energy tests and fracture analysis of welded joint at-40 ℃ were studied.The results show that the grain boundary structure at the center of weld is proeutectoid ferrite,and the intragranular structure consists of acicular ferrite and pearlite.At the impact temperature of-40 ℃,impact performance at the center of the weld is significantly higher than that of fusion zone.Impact fracture of fusion zone belongs to brittle fracture.Impact fracture of the weld center belongs plastic fracture.
