Abstract
The Gleeble3800 thermal simulation testing machine was used to conduct the thermal simulation test on the Q550D steel for engineering machinery under different heat inputs.The microstructure of the samples was observed,the impact toughness and hardness were tested,and the impact fracture morphology was analyzed.The results show that the main microstructure of the CGHAZ is bainite,and a small amount of granular bainite appears in the microstructure when the line energy is more than 20 kJ/cm.With the increase of heat inputs,the original austenite grain and bainite lath martensite gradually coarsens and the average hardness of CGHAZ value gradually decreases,the CGHAZ is hardened when the line energy is below 15 kJ/cm,and is softened when the line energy is above 30 kJ/cm.The impact energy decreases with the increase of heat inputs gradually,and the CGHAZ impact toughness is seriously deteriorated especially when the line energy is above 20 J/cm.关键词
