Abstract
Based on the analysis of the EPC pattern forming process,the pattern forming process after the pre-expanded copolymer beads was discussed.The control system hardware was configured in weld mold pattern forming machine.Taking siemens S7-200PLC as control center,MCGS TPC1262K display as the parameter setting tool,the control system software was designed.The mold cavity emitting materials,steam heating secondary foam,spray cold and vacuum drying process engineering were put together in the systrm,the automation of foam pattern forming process can be realized with manual single step operation.Finally,in order to prevent overheating patten with low density and strength,the closed-loop control of complementary double solenoid valve to regulate the temperature was proposed.关键词
