Control of Filling Velocity in Automobile Engine Cylinder Pressure Casting

Abstract
Appropriate controlling the filling speed of the pressure casting can improve the mechanical properties of the automobile engine cylinder block and improve the quality of the engine cylinder block castings.In this paper,the process flow of engine cylinder pressure casting was analyzed,and the whole scheme of pressure casting control system was designed.According to the control target using PLC control method,MATLAB software was adopted to simulate the filling velocity of pressure casting,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed with the PD control method.The results show that adopting PLC to control engine cylinder pressure and filling velocity,the filling velocity fluctuation amplitude is smaller,the filling process is relatively stable.关键词
