Abstract
In order to ensure the smooth of velocity and the accuracy in the shell handover process, analyze the influence of gap between elastic mechanism and clip on shell handover process. The article takes a certain type small caliber automatic chainless feeding system as an example and point out the error which influencing on factors through the analysis of the two way transfer process based on planar motion characteristics. The simplified dynamic model of the handover unit is established by Solidworks software, use Adams kinematics simulation software to simulate and analyze shell handover for acquiring shell velocity curve and collision force analysis of shell and elastic mechanism. The simulation results show that the gap between elastic mechanism and shell affects the handover process among different units directly. Different gap will lead to shell jam in the transfer process, resulting in a security risk. Due to the angle between push spring mechanism position and horizontal direction, and clip downward movement relative to the elastic mechanism will cause error accumulation. Use gap between elastic gear and shell to eliminate error accumulation. The feasibility of the transfer process is verified by Admas simulation, which makes the process of the transfer of the shells smoothly, stably and safely.关键词
